Fastest & Shortest Blog Ever

I'm on the computers in my hostel in Edinburgh since they do not give us free wireless internet :( So 10 pence for 20 minutes.... got to work fast!!! Since I cannot get on my computer every night, I will be journaling in my notebook to later type into my blog when I get to London and will have free internet. Pain in the butt, oh well. Lots of things to say so far about my trip but I guess it'll have to wait!!! Love to all ! Write to you later !!

- Also if you have skype my name is : mewmccrane
& if you are on your computer keep your skype online so if I am on we can chat!!! I will not know when I will be on the internet-- it's just whenever I have some time and want to pay £ 's .

- Seeing Scottish Parliament and Holyrood tomorrow :)

  1. Isn't it weird getting used to the coin denominations? When Ang and I were in London, I pretty much didn't use the change I had in coins because I couldn't figure out which ones were worth what! Instead of $1 bills, they use coins too, so you end up with this huge load of em when you go to stores.

One tip, when you come back to the states, try to use up all of your coins that are worth less than a pound. The currency exchange places will only convert whole pounds back into dollars, at least that's what I remember. We still have some coins leftover from that trip that I now can't use (except for souvenirs of course :) )

    Have a blast!

  2. I know exactly what you're saying! I get so confused with the 2 pence because it is as big as a quarter and bronze color! Also the 10 pence is as large as the 50 p! So the first few days when I bought things- I would open my change wallet and say "Can you find the coin for me?" hahaha But now I'm getting a lot better ! :) thanks for the tip Erik!!
