They put "ou" in words like Colour and Favourite (apparently the Americans thought the "ou" was unecessary)


Class at 9:30 am-- got lost again...
Went to the British Museum (not on the schedule) it was a surprise event that we didn't know about. What if I had other plans? I don't like not knowing what is in store for the day. We had a tour with 2 Archaeologists. Fairly interesting-- really cool to see the dug up pieces of Greek stones from 400 AD . Some had no heads, arms, legs, etc...
In our private tour, we had a little Asian follower and she was quite the little listener. Our group had a good laugh about it because obviously we all know each other and can tell when there is a newcomer. An hour goes by and she has yet to figure out that it is a private group (not a free tour ) -- and no one has told her.. I get fed up with it because she kept cutting in front of me to listen haha. So I go up to her and say "This is a private group, you know." and she says " Oh.... pause- this isn't free?" haha She was so weird haha- I'm so mean. Oh well. It was entertaining :)

Then all the girls went out with 2 of Lucie's friends I was introduced to online- they are really really nice! They "phoned" me and wanted to take me and the girls out on the town. So we met at a bar in Camden. It was a lot of fun!!! I kept learning new British words the whole night. All of us had a lot of fun :)
