Tuesday 6/8

I am getting extremely antsy about Paris on Thursday. I have to get all the information together before I leave~ like the Rail Reference #, times for the Rail, directions from Angel tube to Kings Cross, transportation from Paris Rail to Hotel, need a map of Paris.

We had class at 10 am(later than usual- thanks to our teachers!). I am so glad class doesn't requre any studying because I would not want to be taking tests while also exploring London. I know most classes are like that for semester Study Abroad programs - and I really think it would take away from the whole experience. So we talked about all of our adventures this past weekend, the plays we saw last week...etc.

After class, some of us went to the British Museum because we didn't get to see much of it the last time we went. I saw Rosetta Stone, tombs, jewelry, Irish Celtic history, and lots of other stuff that didn't catch my attention. Then I went back to my flat because I was tired and feeling sad about my broken camera. I kept trying to take pictures but it wasn't working :( I know it's just a camera but I've had about 5 now and I bought the last 2 with my own money and both of them are broken.... Next time I buy a camera- I am getting insurance. Also, I heard there were "shock proof cameras." It's unbreakable and waterproof! I think that would be perfect :)

So I had some down time at the flat-- first day ever I've been at the flat more than 2 hours during the day. Kind of weird. Then I went with everyone to see the play " After the Dance." It was kind of slow in the beginning but I liked it. It was also 3 hours long... but it was worth the while. Lots about drinking, how bad it is for you, political views, socialism...

Then everyone, but 5 of us went to a Sports Bar - I didn't go because I was dead tired- as always. I swear I have become old... I can keep up with the kids! Ugh...depressing.
